IMPORTANT: You must register for Afternoon Sessions, reserve a dorm and register for the conference AT THE SAME TIME.
Please review all of the Afternoon Sessions on offer and be ready to sign up when you register for the conference!
We accept online payment by credit cards as well as checks. Checks must be received by May 19.
Your registration confirmation email contains important information for submitting payment by check.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: |
When to arrive: To experience the entire conference, you will want to arrive by late afternoon Sunday June 11. This will allow you to get checked in to your dorm or hotel, and then get to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening. The conference will start at 8:30am Monday (7:30am continental breakfast) so if you travel to Rochester on Monday you will likely miss some of the event .
When to depart: The conference officially ends after the morning session on Thursday. However, the Munsell Color Science Laboratory 40th Anniversary celebration will be Thursday afternoon, and all conference attendees are invited. If you are in the dorms, you are automatically booked through Friday morning, and so are free to attend the afternoon celebration and enjoy a relaxing evening on the town (on your own).
