SUNDAY 6:30-8pm - Welcome Reception in the Global Village Courtyard

Join us for light refreshments, drinks and an easygoing way to get the week started!
We'll meet in the Global Village Courtyard, shown above with the umbrellas, just outside the dormitories.

MONDAY 6-9pm - Reception at the George Eastman Museum

A reception including live music, guided tours,  heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be held at the George Eastman Museum in Rochester.
Transportation will be provided.

The historic mansion and gardens at the George Eastman Museum provide a glimpse into the life of one of the greatest American innovators and entertainers in the first decades of the twentieth century. Original furnishings and artifacts, careful reproductions, and a beautifully restored landscape transport visitors to George Eastman’s time.


The museum holds unparalleled collections—encompassing several million objects—in the fields of photographycinema, and photographic and cinematographic technology, and photographically illustrated books. The institution is also a longtime leader in film preservation and photographic conservation.



TUESDAY - Baseball Night!

 Join your friends for a Rochester Red Wings baseball game at Innovation Field in downtown Rochester. Enjoy this great AAA baseball club with all the fun, crowd and food!    

No transportation provided
We will do our best to car pool with folks who have vehicles. Taxi/Uber is approximately $25 each way.

Danny Rich 1951-2022

WEDNESDAY 6-9pm Reception at the University Gallery

On Wednesday night, we will gather at the University Gallery on the campus of RIT (walking distance from the dorms) for an evening of fun with your colleagues. A special tribute to the late Danny Rich will be offered by Paula Alessi and Roy Berns. The inaugural Danny C. Rich Memorial Lecture "Illuminating Color Measurement" will be delivered by David R. Wyble.

Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served and the Virtual Art Exhibit will be on display.
