On Campus Accommodations

To keep costs as low as possible, we are offering dormitory rooms on campus. These are all a short walk to the presentation venue, receptions, and course classrooms. If you prefer a hotel, please refer to this RIT page about local hotels. There are no hotels within walking distance, so you will need a car, or use ride share services.

All dorm rooms are in suites with either four or five private bedrooms. Suites include a shared kitchen, living room, and two shared bathrooms. Toilets and showers have separate doors. An example floor plan is below. Note that the specific floor plans vary, but the size of the rooms will be about the same.

Dormitory Costs

Sunday Workshop attendees and instructors:

Saturday night through Thursday morning (5 nights): $380

Included: pillow, linens, fleece blanket, cotton blanket, two towels, one washcloth.

For Conference attendees:

Sunday night through Thursday morning (4 nights): $320

Included: pillow, linens, fleece blanket, cotton blanket, two towels, one washcloth.
